Privacy

Last updated 26 September 2026.

This notice explains what personal information loceum.com collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website. Services offered by invitation come with their own notice.

Who is responsible

Timur Klimov, trading as Loceum. Write to hello@loceum.com.

What we collect

  • When you visit. Our hosting provider receives your device's internet address and technical details of each request, such as your browser type and the page asked for, in order to deliver the site and protect it.
  • If you send a request on the Visit page: your email address, the profile links you give, your answers to the form's questions, any note you add and your confirmation that you are 18 or older, together with the internet address and browser details the request came from.
  • If you write to us: your email address and your message.

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. If you change the display or sound settings, your browser remembers them; they stay on your device.

Why we use it

  • To consider a request, reply to it, and contact you about it.
  • To keep the site and the form secure and prevent abuse.
  • To answer your messages.

Giving information on the Visit page is voluntary. Without an email address, a profile link and your confirmation that you are 18 or older, a request cannot be sent. Where European data protection law applies, we rely on your request and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Who receives it

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is processed for us by:

  • Google (Firebase), which hosts the site and its server, and stores requests in Israel;
  • Resend, in the United States, which sends the emails about a request;
  • Spaceship (Spacemail), in the United States, which hosts our email.

Each works under a written data-processing agreement. Where information leaves Israel or the European Union, those agreements include the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

  • Requests: until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to consider the request.
  • Internet addresses and browser details: 30 days in our records. Our hosting provider keeps its own records of requests for a few months.
  • Emails: as long as needed to deal with them.

After we delete information, copies can remain in backups for up to 14 days in our database and up to 37 days with our email providers. Then they are gone.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to hello@loceum.com; we answer within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires. You may also complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority or, in the European Union or the United Kingdom, to your local data protection authority.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to it is limited to those who need it. No method of protection is perfect.

Children

This site is not directed to children. A request on the Visit page can be sent only by someone who confirms they are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
